• overages on budgeted items (cabinets, bathrooms)
• our rent
• window treatments
• furniture
• additional colored painting
• oil tank removal
• landscaping
• all kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, stove, mwave, dishwasher)
• bathroom tiles
